The EMPI 00-9226-0 full flow oil pump cover is a high-performance accessory for your air-cooled engine. This cover allows you to install a full flow oil filter or cooler system that improves the lubrication and cooling of your engine, extending its life and performance.

This cover is made of cast aluminum and has a finned design that adds style and durability. It has a threaded 3/8" NPT boss for easy connection of a fitting and hose. It comes with a 3/8" NPT x 1/2" barbed brass fitting and a gasket for a leak-free seal. It fits all pumps with 8mm stud holes that are compatible with Volkswagen engines and can be used with any stock or aftermarket pump that can use a flat cover.

The EMPI 00-9226-0 full flow oil pump cover is easy to install and requires minimal modifications to your engine. You just need to plug the pump outlet and drill and tap the main oil gallery to return the oil. The cover can be mounted with the outlet toward the 3 and 4 cylinder side of the car for optimal clearance.
