Empi 22-2855 Bolt-On Front Disc Brake Kit. Converting Your 1971 Thru 1979 Vw Super Beetle From Drum To Disc Brakes Is Made Simple With This True Bolt-On Conversion Kit.
Heavy Duty Cast Brackets Bolt Directly To Your Stock Drum Type Spindles Then Calipers Bolt To The Brackets. Requires Use Of Your Existing Wheel Bearings And Seals Or You May Purchase New Ones. Bolts And Washers Are Included To Install Calipers To Brackets.

Use DOT3 Brake Fluid Only

Warning: It Is Extremely Important That Brake Kits & Brake Lines Be Installed By A Trained Mechanic. Proper Length Of Each Line In Relation To Wheel Travel And Steering Angle Is Critical To Avoid Brake Failure. Equally Important Is Brake Lines Must Be Free Flowing And Have No Contamination. Additionally, All Calipers Must Be Bled Properly, Regardless Of Kit Purchased. Do Not Attempt Brake Line Or Caliper Installation Without The Experience To Properly Evaluate All these Issues.
