These fan shroud plugs are designed to fit and seal the fresh air outlet tubes on EMPI fan shrouds compatibel with Volkswagen air-cooled engines. They are made of zinc-plated steel and come with mounting screws. They prevent the loss of cooling air to the cylinders when the heater boxes are not connected to the fan shroud.
